ANNUAL REPORT FOR KING CETSHWAYO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY 2024/2025

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 127(5)(a) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), 56 of 2003, which states that: "Immediately after an annual report is tabled in the council, the accounting officer must, (a) in accordance with section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act - (i) make public the annual report; and (ii) invite the local community to submit representations in connection with the annual report."

The King Cetshwayo District Municipality’s Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2025, was adopted by Council on 21 January 2026 (KCDMC: 4213/2026) and is therefore open for inspection during normal office hours for a period of 14 days from this publication and such period will end on 13 February 2026.
