OVERSIGHT REPORT FOR KING CETSHWAYO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY 2024/2025

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 129(3) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), 56 of 2003, which states that: "The accounting officer must, in accordance with section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act make public an oversight report {referred to in subsection (1)} within seven days of its adoption.”

The King Cetshwayo District Municipality’s Oversight Report for the year ended 30 June 2025, was adopted by Council on 25 February 2026 (KCDMC/4225/2026) and is therefore open for inspection during normal office hours for a period of 14 days from this publication.
